Estudio de la función miocárdica mediante ecocardiografía con Speckle-Tracking valores normales en una población pediátrica

Resumen

Objetivo: Estudiar la deformación miocárdica mediante ecocardiografía con speckle tracking y estimar los valores normales del strain sistolico longitudinal en  una población pediátrica sana

Método: Se revisaron 100  estudios ecocardiográficos en niños normales con edades entre 5 y 18 años Los valores de la deformación pico sistólica longitudinal fueron estadísticamente analizados mediante ANOVA

Resultados: La deformación miocárdica longitudinal global promedio fue  -22,17% +- 0,39  El grupo que pared, los apicales (-22,86 +-0,70) p<0.005 fueron los que mayor valor alcanzaron

Conclusiones mayor deformación  presentó fue el de 10-13 años (-22,62% +- 1,86) p< 0.002 y  entre los segmentos de
