LA GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO Y LA INTERNACIONALIZACIÓN DE LAS EMPRESAS: UN ANÁLISIS BIBLIOMÉTRICO

Resumen


Este artículo tiene como propósito dar luz sobre la forma en que la relación temática entre gestión de conocimiento e internacionalización ha sido analizada y trabajada por la comunidad científica desde el 2015 hasta el 2021 y conocer qué otros conceptos relacionados han surgido en conexión con ellos. Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico a partir de una metodología de flujo de trabajo de mapeo científico desde Scopus incluyendo criterios de búsqueda aplicados a un total de 183 artículos relacionados con el tema que, una vez delimitada, resultó en un total de 61 artículos. Los resultados de la investigación muestran una evolución del término de gestión del conocimiento en relación con la internacionalización empresarial en el período 2015-2021 constante y en ascenso. Se concluye que las perspectivas en relación con la gestión del conocimiento más prometedoras se constituyen en tres grandes ramas: la innovación, la cooperación, la internacionalización y los mercados emergentes.
