El Perfil del Líder y el Éxito en las Empresas Liderazgo Thatcher
Resumo
El objetivo de este artículo es analizar los tipos de liderazgo y su influencia en el éxito de lasorganizaciones, también proponer una definición de los rasgos que debe tener un líder efectivo.Se parte de una revisión literaria que aborda el análisis de las diferentes teorías de liderazgo,ejemplificando el caso de Margaret Thatcher, no vista desde la dimensión del género, sinodesde dimensiones como la inteligencia emocional y el estilo de liderazgo (transformacionalo transaccional). Para finalizar se presenta una propuesta de investigación a través de unadiscusión con los datos recabados concluyendo que el contraste de los estilos de liderazgo conlos rasgos personales permiten desarrollar estrategias empresariales de éxito que transformenla sociedad en su conjunto.Palavras-chave
