Abstract
This article is a sample of the Miraflores (Boyacá) speech corpus. This corpus consists of 18 semi-directed interviews with 40 minutes’ average and it was collected in 2019; in order for the analysis, it considered social variables such as gender, level of education and age. This analysis is supported by the descriptive approach and investigated the uses of Spanish in the Miraflores (Boyacá) speech community on socio-phonetics, socio-sintactics, socio-lexical and socio-discursive levels. The study of the interviews points out the richness and creativity in the discursive construction of the real speech, so, the variables and their variants recognize the Spanish language as unity, thanks to metaphorical expressions and cognitive processes to facilitate the linguistic, social and contextual interactions of the Miraflores (Boyacá) speech community.
