Approaching awareness levels and their consequences on consumer behavior - a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis

PDF (Español (España)) EPUB (Español (España))

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the volume and quality of academic contributions through a bibliometric analysis, considering the publications published to date in Scopus-indexed databases. A total of 277 articles (on a specific topic) were identified. The year of best performance was 2019. The empirical evidence is still in a period of academic maturity. The lack of in-depth analysis prevents the establishment of concrete results in a subjective area such as human personality and behavior. A comprehensive evaluation of the factors that motivate consumer habits would help establish more concrete results on the subject.
